Too many people fail to create a plan for their family

Based on our years of experience in the legal field, most people failed to create life planing documents for three main reasons: they don’t believe they need one (I don’t own a lot), don’t know how to get started or it takes a long time, and believe it’s expensive. These reasons couldn’t be farther from the truth.

How much you own is not the primary reason to create a plan. The main reason to create these documents is to protect your family. Creating these documents eliminates the guess work for your loved ones during times of significant stress and confusion. You have the opportunity now to leave instructions and ensure there is a controlled transfer of your assets to the people you want to have them.

We developed Simplified Wills to make the process of creating your family's plan simple and fast. We made these essential legal documents accessible and affordable for you to protect your family. We’ve helped helped hundreds of clients, family members, and friends create life and estate plans and navigate the estate probate process (administration of an estate).
