Too many people fail to create a plan for their family

With over 13 years of experience in the legal field, I’ve helped hundreds of clients, family members and friends create life and estate plans and navigate the estate probate process (administration of an estate). It was immediately apparent that most people fail to create a life and estate plan, leaving loved ones to figure it out in times of stress and grief. Most people fail to create a life and estate plan because they don’t believe they need one (I don’t own a lot), don’t know how to get started, and don’t it is affordable. The truth is, your how much you own is not the primary reason to create a plan. We developed Simplified Wills to make the process of putting a plan in place easier. We made these essential legal documents more accessible and affordable for you to protect your family.

A valid Last Will and Testament is arguably the most important legal documents you need. This document protects your family and allows you to control who receives your property and who will take care of your most prized possessions, your children, if something were to happen to you. A life and estate plan removes a layer of stress by providing the instructions and guidance your loved ones need.

Additional documents in the life and estate plan, that are of equal importance, includes a Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will / Advance Medical Directive. These documents are critical to ensuring your desires are fulfilled while you’re alive as your representative has the power to ensure your financial and medical wishes are carried out in the event you are unable to do so.

The Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will / Advanced Medical Directive are the four critical legal documents that make up your life and estate plan. Start your plan today and have a peace of mind in knowing your family is protected.
